You choose what's blocked
Pick the websites and apps that distract you in the GetBored web dashboard — block just the usual time-sinks, or allow only what you approve.
- Websites by address, one per line
- Apps by name, including the App Store and other browsers
- Or invert it: everything blocked except the handful you allow

It syncs to the phone
Your lists travel to the iPhone through your GetBored account, automatically. Change your mind anytime — the phone follows.

The iPhone enforces it
Protection runs on the phone itself, blocking what you chose. It is on by default. Nothing about your browsing leaves the phone.
